I highly recommend AZ Truck Pros. The owner, [redacted] is not only knowledgeable and friendly, but looks out for his clientele.
In February of 2012, I purchase a Truck Covers USA retractable tonneau cover for my Dodge Ram. The cover was rock solid and built to last, but every time I washed the truck or it rained the bed and my cargo were soaking wet. Ounce notified, [redacted] and his staff addressed the issue immediately, and even replaced the cover under warranty. The replacement however did not solve the leaking issues and water was entering through the center of the cover not just the common area of the tailgate.
I became frustrated, but [redacted] was dedicated to making sure I was happy and the product worked as advertised. We discussed several options, whether we should re-install the cover and re-tape all the slats, or exchange out the cover. We both agreed, and he was more then willing to exchange out the cover, which he did at no extra cost. I received a color matched, TopDeck, hard fiberglass tonneau cover that meets my needs and does not leak, keeping my cargo safe and secure.
He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and would be trouble free.
I thank [redacted] and his staff for their professionalism and impeccable service.
No words can best describe Arizona Truck Pros', but I'll try. They treat you like family from the minute you walk in. The owner, [redacted], is very knowledgeable and is patient to understand your needs and offers suggestion(s) without feeling pressured, sell you only what you need, their installation is second to none, attention to detail and most importantly; fair pricing! I wished I would have found them years ago; I send my family and friends to them without hesitation!
Believe me, I am not easy to please and I wouldn't make the statements above if I hadn't experience it first hand myself.
In the event, [redacted] is not present when you visit the store, you might encounter [redacted], [redacted]'s wife; she's knowledgeable about the products they sell. If [redacted] can't answer your question (which is not likely) her response will be that one of them will get back with the answer; therefore ask away.
I had Arizona Truck Pros install a tonnneau cover and tailgate lock. They had to make the parts for my locking tailgate and did an amazing job.
