1. After having what is a "verbal contract" was not what I had requested and nor was I advised of what was actually contracted. I was almost charged for 2 days of rental when I only requested for 1 day. No email confirmations are sent to customers.
2. The boat we rented broke down in the middle of the river and we were stranded in the river for 3 hrs including being towed back to shore. We have a whole day planned but this ruind our day of what was supposed to be fun.
3. The prop did sustain damaged, and was charged over $200 on damages when "again" verballly I was told it was only $100+. Since the boat broke down, we should have been compensated from any damage fees since our day was ruined! This business don't care at all about customer concerns! They seem greedey and just want to take your money ASAP without notifying the customer. Seems really shady! I'm wanrining everyone who will be renting from this place to get email confirmation of reservations!
Worst experience ever! Will not be returning and renting from this place again!
