My husband and I really appreciate what a pleasant experience it was doing business with Arizona Quality Granite! They helped us through the whole process, before, during, and after our kitchen remodeling project. Special thanks to [redacted] and [redacted] for their prompt and courteous work ethic. We tremendously appreciate this companies customer service. We will definitely recommend them to our family and friends. The kitchen looks absolutely beautiful! I love it!

The owner Mike gave me a quote and told me they would have my granite counter top installed in two weeks. it has now been a month and no counter top! They also are poor at answering their phones for inquiries, let alone returning messages left. Still waiting to see how this plays out. Will provide update. However I would not give them any kind of reccommendation!

We are very pleased with the results of our experience with Arizona Quality Granite & Tile in re-doing our kitchen and bathrooms. From the first meeting, everyone was very polite and professional. Their pricing is very competitive ... their workmanship was first rate ... they did what they said they were going to do and were always on-time ... and the tradespeople they recommended (plumbing, electric, etc) were equally as impressive. They have earned and are very deserving of our recommendation ...

Beware of this company. This company damaged our range when putting in the granite counter top in my kitchen.. All they wanted to do was spray paint my glass cook top. Unbelievable.. We called ROC about the stove. We mentioned that they did tile work, and they told us their not even licensed in tile, they can't do tile work. So we called the company (AZ Quality Granite & Tile)they said they have a sub-contractor who does tile work. Wow. I was never told that they sub contract work out, I thought it was [redacted] doing the work. So then we called ROC again, and they said no their not licensed to sub- contract work out. they have a restricted license. This company has done nothing but lie to us. Beware of this company, they are very shady .

Quote came in at a great price until the day of installation. After they broke my cabinet and destroyed all the walls in my bathrooms, they told me that I needed to pay more for plumbing service to hook back up all of the faucets in the home. Never once was that mentioned in the 2 times that we wrote up contract. I would never recommend this company. This turned out to be a very horrible experience. Also, the installers gave me tons of attitude, like all of the damage was my fault. Now I have to pay someone else to come out and fix all of the damage that they left my house as. I was shocked that any company would do such a thing.
