In regards to not answering the complaint. The Revdex.com had the wrong email address, on several occasion's we tried to answer the complaint. As far as the complaint go, our response is the customer did in fact receive his goods as ordered. The problem was with the manufacture not the dealer...
we had several email responses to the customer and did not receive conformation back.we see the complaint as handled.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will consider this complaint resolved. However, it took the business about 1 1/2 years to resolve my complaint and they did not follow up regularly with me unless I emailed them. They said I was first on the list and when they got an item in december I didn't get it. They also said they would make it up to me for the long wait and they did nothing but send me the item. I felt like I was being strung along until you contacted them and then they shipped the item quickly. I believe that others still need to be aware of there business practices. I consider this matter closed but buyer be aware.
