Hi [redacted]The great thing about our firm is that if we do make a mistake we will admit the error and do our best to correct the mistake because our goal is to end up with a satisfied customer.  We made some mistakes on this client’s project, which we attempted to correct these...

mistakes but the client would not allow us access to the premises and instead wrote a scathing review. After several months of attempting to negotiate with the customer, we were finally able to reached an agreement (which was heavily in this client’s favor).  The attached proposal dated April 20, 2015 reflects numerous expensive concessions which we agreed to at that time as they were noted with N/C (No Charge), in addition to new projects she requested.  Each component of the revised project was carefully monitored by our supervisor, Mr. Marcus M** who personally reviewed and approved all work before progressing to the next part of the project. At the end of the project (when the only item remaining was the installation of the hand rail at the back steps), the client again refused to give us access and would not return our calls.  Simultaneously, she claimed that she wanted an additional $2,000 credit or she would again write a negative review. The client owes us $4,510 and we did not promise her an additional $2,000 credit beyond the multiple credits and free labor provided in her written proposal.  We view her current actions (reinstating a negative review and posting old photographs that were taken prior to our renovation project and corrections made) as a type of social media “extortion” and she is using the internet media as a conduit for bad behavior and free labor. Please let me know if you need more info for this client.Thank youRaj J[redacted]Proposal for [redacted]ARJ GROUP INC[redacted]Washington, DC [redacted]###-###-####(o) ###-###-####(f)Email:[email protected]: www.arjgroupinc.com                                                    REVISED                             April 20, 2015[redacted]Washington, DC [redacted]ARJ Group Inc. will replace and/or repairs the items at [redacted] NE, Washington, DC that were not completed to the quality standards of ARJ or our customer Ms Angela Nicholas. Plus why are you determined to keep adding that 1000$for the flooring. 1-it wasn't a very good job - 2-I still have toreplace it. Is there going to be an issue with the step treads & theother part of steps stained  to match I guess . You didn't mention itsince we talked about it & it's not in this contract
