I am rejecting this response because: the picture that they show is of the wrong tree I do acknowledge that the company has refunded the money as requested in fullHowever the picture that they show is of my back yard and not the tree in questionThe tree that is half dead is in the front yard(see attached picture) If I cut out the dead limbs as suggested in the rebuttal the tree would be half gone , lopsided and look terrible I'm willing to let go this but they need to understand which tree we are talking about
This was a replacement tree for the original treeThe tree is not dead or unhealthy, it just needs the dead branches trimmed outit has been years since the original tree was replaced We sent out the full amount requested by client the date of complaintPlease see picture of tree in question & other trees planted on propertyThe tree has not been properly maintained or mulched to hold in moisture

As per contract, ARJ has gotten all permits file and paid for. ARJ has been out to fix the louvers on pergola. We ordered a canopy for the pergola for the misunderstanding of the pergola louvres not keeping rain out. Ms. [redacted] approved canopy on September 9,2016.ARJ paid for canopy, Ms. [redacted]...
did not. Canopy was delivered to ARJ, we went to install and client decided they wanted a 1 piece canopy.ARJ returned canopy and had to cover cost of restock fee which was 20 % of purchase price. Client found company they wanted to order canopy from, the new 1 piece canopy was ordered and paid for by ARJ. By arrival time it was too cold to install canopy, so Jeff and Karin owners of ARJ will be installing in spring weather permitting. Our goal is March 2017.Ms. [redacted] informed me that the louvers are not working properly so Jeff and Karin will adjust at time of canopy install. The bolt has been replaced and the marks have been removed from pergola. As for the lights in sitting wall, City of Pataskala does not require a permit for low voltage led lights. They only require permit for 110v lighting which was NOT installed. Karin called the city and they sent an email stating that low voltage led lights do not require a permit.ARJ Landscape does offer a 5 year guarantee on the hardscape portion of the contract.ARJ landscape also installed extra decorative gravel & removed extra waste material at no charge to client to try to make up for all mistakes made by ARJ.
