Review: I have been a patron of ark animal hospital for my animals for the last 6 years, I recently visited on November 11 2014 with my golden retriever in which they fixed and vaccinated due to seizure activity so they dr scott J[redacted] started [redacted] on a anti seizure medication and drew blood to see if anything else was going on well as I was leaving I presented my care credit card for the bill and care credit is no longer in service so I explained to the secretary suzie that I had no other means of paying the bill so she had me sign a truth and lending form and to be paid in full by December 1 2014 so the next day the office called me and said they will not give me results of the dogs blood due to no payment and that he does have things wrong with him so dr J[redacted] got on the phone and was very nasty to me I asked him why did they have me sign a truth and lending form he stated that it meant nothing that I will get what I want and not pay my bill and that's why he is in 100000 dollar debt cause clients do not pay there bill so now I have to take my dog to another vet to get his blood tested to see what is wrong what if my dogs dies I asked that question as well to dr J[redacted] he said good luck with that and hung up on meDesired Settlement: the office should be made to give me the results of my dogs blood work via mail and I will continue to another vet and they should also be fined for such a unsuffient manner
