Review: The Ark Carpet and Flooring, Inc. install Granit Counter tops in my kitchen in April of this year. When the Ark installed my Granit tops they brook my sink faucet, they put another faucet in and that was so cheap it fell apart in 3 days, I called left a message for them to come out and replace my Faucet with the faucet I had on their , but they will not call me back nor have they call me back. I have had to call a Plummer to come out and replace the faucet with a new one, I had to pay $ 205.00 that included labor and the cost of a new Faucet.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to reimburse me the money I had to pay for their mistakes
