Yerrick's job was done and completed in early May
Home Owner was rude and thought she could uses our installers as her personal maintenance menThey tried to please her and help out doing things that did not relate to their jobIn the months to come the home owner notice a flaw in a few of the boards
She contacted the store and we went out and agreed there was a few boards that needed to be replacedInstead of filling a claim which could of taken months to get an approval, our store ordered in a box and sent installers to replace the flawed boardsWhen they arrived and started doing what we ask, the home owner insisted the installers replace the whole floorAs this is not what the plan was, the installers said they could not do thatNot enough materialShe then got very rude with themThey left her the new material and vacated the homeThe next day MrYerrick called the store and was extremely rude making physical threatsAt this time I did inform them we have the right to refuse service to anyone and at this time I will use that right
We did the job as requested and at this time their complaint is with the manufactureWe will file a claim for themand let them take it from thereWe will not work for them any longer

CREW RETURNING THE OWNER TOLD MY WIFE HE WAS GOING TO REPLACE TH E FLOOR !
