The person listed on the complaint is not found in our system, name, phone number and address do not exist in our system.? The patient in question did speak to our billing office and our Clinic ManagerThe end resolution was to issue her a full refund for charges that were incurredThe original reason for the visit in question was to acquire paperwork for accommodations at her work, as this was
not done at the visit as the patient did not present with a condition that would require special accommodations, it was also recommended that she see a specialist if she felt that she needed accommodationsThe patient then called the billing office demanding a refund and amendment to her chartThe patient was issued a refund to her credit card on May 10, After reviewing her chart no inaccurate diagnosis was in the chartThe patient did catl the office demanding a refund for an office visit that she felt was unnecessaryAll of our patients have the right to decline visits and/or treatment at any timeFor the on-going complaints, the office gave a full refund, it is not our intention to collect for unnecessary visits.Please contact me directly if you need any additional information at ***-***.Sincerely,?
