in a 100 mile radius. All contracts are executed with an ESTIMATED lead time for start of construction. All project time lines are subject to weather and suppler/ material schedules. All projects are then built in DATE order. Projects start with the dirt work where the ground is leveled out and road base is brought in to create a pad. From there it goes in line to have the building drilled and framed. From that phase we move to the concrete pour, which is subject to concrete company availability. After concrete, the building is scheduled for the metal to be put on. At any given time we have 20 to 40 buildings moving through the various construction all in date order. ARK-LA-TEX does not require any payment up front, payments are requircd AFTER each phase is completed, before we move forward to the next phase. We only get paid when we have completed that phase. With this procedure, we are motivated to complete the phase so we get paid. Final payment is made at completion of the project.
