We just had a roof put on by this compan (1/10/15). We had no complaints. When we called for an estimate the owner showed up right away, got right on the roof to measure and inspect to give us an estimate. We did not have to deal with the permits, inspections etc. the company took care of all the paperwork, and scheduling the inspections, and hauling away the old roofing materials. The crew got right to work and got the job done and the owner ([redacted]) was there to oversee the work done by the crew. They replaced any soft areas of the roof, put a new drip edge on, used a good rubberized underlayment, and architectural shingles. We are very happy with the work done. Don't believe the D minus rating. I would give them a 10 and I would recommend this company to others looking for roof replacement.
