Review: I was a resident at this facility. I paid for the entire month of June but left this facility on June 16, 2015. I have tried to contact the manager multiple times to discuss how the refund process works. Ms. [redacted], who seems to be the acting manager of this facility, told me the refund had been sent out last Friday, July 17, 2015. I have yet to recieve this refund and she is no longer taking my phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like to recieve my refund for the half of the month of June, 2015.
