Did not use their services. However, I did have the unfortunate event of interpreting two of their drivers. They unnecessarily and impatiently almost side swiped us while they were prowling our parking lot for vehicles to tow and we were trying to park with some not so wonderful power steering issues. We were attempting to back into a parking spot since one third of our parking lot was being recemented. Several times, I attempted to signal and warn them to wait a moment as we were having trouble. Continuously rolling forward towards our car. We maybe got a fourth of our car in the app and the AAR driver decides to slide his tow truck between the cars upfront of us and ourselves. Needless to say there was barely enough room and my boyfriend confronted them before they could drive off. Words were exchanged, we called their company and the non emergency police line, they called the 911 cops, cops finally arrived, we get the incident number swing as how the other driver didn't really care, and the cops, my boyfriend and I had a lovely chat and laugh about it after. So... Just don't.
