Overall my experience was good Crown rep was responsive and worked hard to ensure that the work was approved by insurance The siding and roof look great The only issue which reduces my scoring is that the cleanup was incomplete I continue to find nails around the outside of my house, and additional roofing material was left in my driveway

Our town had a hail storm this summer causing damage to our siding, gutters, storm door and screens We contracted with Crown Remodeling because they were local to the area and had good online reviews We called their office and someone was out on the same day to look at the damage Crown Remodeling worked with our insurance company and were present at our home when the insurance appraiser was assessing the hail damage They accepted what the insurance company agreed to pay leaving us only to pay our homeowner insurance deductibleWe displayed Crown's lawn sign and they credited us with $for a referral from another neighbor who also contracted with Crown The work was completed to our satisfaction and the house looks like new!
