I went to Dr. C. for a cleaning and told the hygienist that I had severe tooth pain, was told they "could do just one side", I declined, said that maybe it was time to pull a tooth that had been giving me trouble for a while. Was told they could pull all 3 (it was determined that 3, not 1, needed to come out) THAT DAY, with no antibiotics beforehand, which I always thought was standard procedure. Declined, set appt for molds for partials. When partials came in, I noticed that not only were the 3 teeth pulled on the partials, but also 2 wisdom and 1 molar. I had those removed over 20 yrs ago due to mouth crowding and was NOT TOLD that they would be on the partials. The partials were placed in my mouth, with no instruction as how to put them in/take them out. After several days of intense pain, I asked Dr. C. if the extra teeth could be removed and was told it would be full price for any remake, even though I am well within the 30 day guarantee period. I spent $2000 on 2 partials that I can't wear without causing excruciating pain and sores in my mouth. I am retired, live on a fixed income, have no dental insurance or Medicaid. Dr. C. did not keep his guarantee and I will not go back or refer him to anyone. I will, however, tell anyone who will listen about my experience with him.
