Arkansas Outdoor Power Equipment

We ordered a part from this company for our generator...We had only gotten a confirmation from paypal they were paid.....We got nothing from the company....so four days later we sent an email asking the status....they had a blunt statement that if we didnt have everything required by them they wouldnt reply....well we had everything needed to get a reply back..We got none....so we waited several more days....finally I called their number....I called the company.....I got bounced from number to number to receptionist....problem was never did I get to talk to a person and when it said leave a message...every single number had a mailbox that did not allow you to leave a message....I am thinking yup I got scammed....So I sent an email....Subject: Am I being Scammed....well it go their attention....reply was simple and I quote (well we got an order for a part, but you used the word scam and you bought yourself a refund) unquote....Maybe this company sells stuff...Maybe not but I do not trust them and I would be leary of doing business with anyone who is so thin skinned they can answer a ? from a consumer
