I had the misfortune of coming in contact with this service provider through my doctorMy doctor contracted Arkansas Pathology Associates to assist with my routine woman's exam test resultsI can not tell you to this day what they do or supposedly did for meOut of the blue I began getting bills from them saying they provided ME a service and I didn't have insuranceWell, I initially thought they had the wrong person because I never contracted them and I have full insurance through my state employerI told them if they did do work for my doctor, then they should contact the doctor and get my full file, not just my name, address and ss#They told me that THEY DO NOT CONTACT THE DOCTORS OFFICES THAT CONTRACTS THEMI thought to myself, then we have a problem because I don't even know you are legitimateMy doctor already processed his claimsI told them I was in an active bankruptcy and they could either contact the doctor who gave them my file or I could write them off in bankruptcyThey refused to contact the doctor and cease collection action against me They proceeded to send my information to a collection agency, who after telling them I'm in bankruptcy, continued to be rude, threaten me and harass meI sent the file to my attorney and so far, I don't know what will happenThey were terrible to deal with and they need to change their practices
