I paid for a refill and never had time added to my plan again on march 29th I ordered a refill and it was never applied to the accountI emailed them times letting them know that the refill didnt go through again and never got a responseMy fiance is on call and has to have his phoneSince I have sent more emails asking for a refund and still no responseI just want my money back or the time added to his account

Claimed ESN swap for Pageplus in minutesAfter days, I filed a refund through paypalAfter days, they send me an email, "Hey there, looks like it failed originally because the new MEID wasn't a valid MEID?" This was a blatant lie because I literally cut and paste the info that I sent to them to another vender that did the transfer in less than an hourAlso I double checked the info on Swappa before I sent to verify that I sent a valid and clear MEID for activation

Could not understand the rep @ page plus to switch to my new phone, Not sure what language it was, but I don't think it was englishWell in my stupidity I found exclusive cellular on line There promise is they will switch phone for only $and it will be done in minutes! Perfect! Well I have received email letting me know they are working on it (after I complained and filed a complaint with paypal) I even wrote and left a message if I did something wrong on my end to please let me knowI guess the bottom line is they do not offer this service and are in the market to rip people off of there $I guess I am going to have to fight with pageplus for an english speaking rep, and go back to doing it myself! Save you money and stay away from this company!

I order a phone card and it didn't work for my phone so I wanted my refund but the dude josh not responding back to me I won't my cause I feel like I wanted money

I purchased a new Page Plus activation from their website, and paid immediately via PaypalAfter hours I still had not heard from themNo response to any emailsThis should have taken seconds to do
minutes after I opened a Paypal dispute, I finally got an email from them, demanding that I close the dispute in order that they could do the activationRight, how stupid do they think people are?
I got no other communications from them, and eventually got my money back from Paypal when they failed to respondI don't know if they are just incompetent, or totally a scam site
BTW - I did the activation through another company, and it took all of ten seconds

When you make a monthly payment with Exclusive Cellular, they fail to continue your cell phone serviceMy phone has been disconnected times in the past monthsExclusive claims that if you make a payment, your payment will be applied within 3-hours of receipt, or if made outside of business hours, within 3-hours of openingThis has not happened in the past 3, consecutive months despite the fact that I have been a customer for almost years.Exclusive will not respond to my emails, and there is no phone number that one can call to resolve issuesThis month has been the worstI paid for service days ago, I've emailed everyday since, begging for restoration of my service, and I have gotten no responseFinally I asked for a refund, still no response.I think that we need to start a class action lawsuit and close this company downExclusive Cellular's behavior is deplorable, Josh's behavior is unequivocally the worst "service" that I have ever received in my life.I recommend
