address the issue.Regarding the specific issues addressed in this letter, we have had our HVAC technician out to inspect and repair anything that needed repaired Regarding pest control, it is stated in the lease that pest control is the responsibility of the tenant However, I choose to have the units sprayed about every months As far as the utility bill I have included a copy of the utility bill for that unit for this year This information was obtained from Springfield City Utilities web site.I am sorry for any inconvenience that the tenant may have, I am here to respond to and take care of all issues that we are responsible for.If you need any more information feel free to contact me
