keep sending me copies of previous orders that I have NOT ordered or authorized, keep charging me, will not respond to my e-mails.
whenever I have ordered from arkivmusic over the last couple of years, I have always ordered ONE of each item. they have recently started sending me multiple copies (in separate packages), will not stop, and will not reply to my e-mails concerning this problem. needless to say, they are also charging me for all of these extra copies.
i am refusing (and marking packages thusly) all packages from them. i want full and prompt refunds issued to my credit card, and i never want to have anything to do with them again. thank you SO MUCH for all of your help with this! maybe you will have better luck than i have had. p.s. i have copies of my e-mails to them, if you need them.
We recently moved warehouses and have been having issues with multiple shipments but we have assured the customer that they were only charged once for the order and not multiple times.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I would like to wait until I receive my next credit card statement before I respond. if they knew this problem existed, why not extend the courtesy of letting customers know that this might happen? I have already refused one duplicate and will also refuse the rest.
