[redacted] came to our car lot; test drove the car two different times with the last time being a 1 hour test drive. [redacted] came In and asked us if we would align the front end of the car. I explained to her that at the price she was paying she would have to take care of that herself. I did recommend a very good Good Year store where she could get a great deal on a front end alignment. [redacted], which is her choice, chose to go to her own mechanic of her choice.| [redacted] L [redacted] purchased a very nice 2004 Chevrolet Impala. She purchased a nice used car, not a brand new car. As we clearly stated when we sold [redacted] the car, the car was sold 100% As-Is with no warranty either expressed or implied. [redacted] signed five (5) times on documents that this car was purchased As-Is along with all sales final, no returns. I am finsh with this, to me it is back and forth , there a lesson to be learn and I learn that don’t matter how long a person be in business (he don’t look that old, maybe his father had business before him ) don’t be to trustworthy .
