Arkoosh Law Offices, PLLC Reviews (4)

I am the receptionist for Arkoosh Law Offices, and the main point of contact between our client, *** ***, and her attorney. Back in June of 2014, the client had first come to our office and partially filled out medical release forms for her boyfriend, son and herselfFrom what I
understand, we were waiting for her to give us the names of the health care providers that her family had seen after they had been in a car accidentBy the time we got this information from her, which was just short of a year later, is the point at which I was asked by the attorney to start working on her case. I faxed her release forms on July 16, 2015, and five days later StLuke's informed us that her signatures were ineligible because she had missing information and the release forms have expired (they expired a year from the date of her original signature)Around the same time, the other health care provider informed us that they would charge over $for us to receive her recordsWhen I emailed the client on July 23, about these issues, she expressed her desire not to spend the money, so I informed her that if she requested her medical records herself, it would save her money and that I could help her with the process along the wayThis aimed to solve two problems: one being that she would not have to come back in to fill out more forms and two it would save her moneythe client expressed gratitude and willingness to do thisI let her know that if she had any questions, she could contact our office and any time. On August 5, 2015, I emailed her the forms she needed and the contact information for the health care providersshe agreed that once she received her medical records, she would bring them into our office and we could start working on the insurance claim. On October 12, 2015, the client had contacted me via emailshe said she was sorry for the delay of her message and that she had yet to send the forms because she had been busyshe repeated all the information I gave to her on August 5, 2015, just to confirm she understood correctly, and thanked me for my help and patienceI replied, letting her know she had everything correct and if she wanted me to look at it befroe she sent the paperwork off, she could com in to our officeHer place of employment is on the same block as our office, so I felt this was feasible for herShe never brought anyting in for review, but on October 15, 2015, she emailed me to let me know everything was sent offI responded, asking her to let us know when she received everything back. On November 2, 2015, she said she received records from StLuke's, but not Primary Health, and asked how to speed up the process of getting her recordsI informed her to call them and gave her their numberOn December 9, 2015, she emailed me and stated that she received her boyfriend;s record from Primary Health, but not hers, and she asked what she should doOur office followed up on this right away by calling Primary HealthPrimary Health confirmed the delivery and her email address, so we asked if they would send her the records again just in case their original message was inadvertently routed to a spam boxI asked the client to check her email again an asked about the document that she had received and did not hear back from her until December 14, this time, she informed the attorney and me, via email, that she did not understand why she had to do everything and asked if I could handle itThis as the first time she asked me to do anything for her, so I responded that it no problem and I could take care of it, but that I would need the records that she had received so far. I was unaware that the attorney had responded to her email to us (which was intended for me)The next thing I knew, she emailed us saying that was going to report us to the Revdex.comShe expressed that our firm would not be in the is situation if I had communicated with the attorney betterFrom my perspective, there was nothing to communicate with the attorneyIn her complain, she states she wants us to finish the job, but she does not want to be contacted during the processThat is impossible. Sincerely, *** ***Receptionist The client hired our firm in June of for herself, her son and her boyfriend who were all injured in the same accidentI advised her that the first step was to finish treating and once everyone was done treating, then she was to contact our office to give us the names of the providersI did not hear from her more than a year, despite several calls and emails. I asked our receptionist to attempt to contact the client in order to get the information requested/needed in order to move forward on the caseI was unaware that the client had been in contact with the receptionist, but I have reviewed the filed and correspondence, and I agree with the receptionist's version of events submitted to the Revdex.com in regards to this complaint. I was copied on an email in which the client was expressing frustration about the process and how slowly it was movingWhen I received the email from the receptionist, I was under the impression that the client hadn't contacted our office for more than twelve months and the first contact I saw was an email complaining about the pace that the case was progressingIntending only to reply to the receptionist, I lamented about the fact that this client had not contact with our office for twelve months and now was complaining about the process taking too longUnfortunately, I hit "reply all" on the email, cause the client to see the correspondence and become upset. While I certainly didn't intend for the client to see the email, there was nothing incendiary or inappropriate in said emailThe client has not receive unfair treatment, in fact, the receptionist has been remarkably patient in trying to help the client in avoiding additional costs associated with her case. Sincerely, ARKOOSH LAW OFFICES*** *** ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I was thinking the same thing and it would be impossible to work with a person who doesn't care about anything except his wallet size.
Regards,
[redacted]

After reviewing the complaint and the response, we don't believe it is possible to continue working on behalf of this client.  [redacted] Sr. is sending a withdrawal letter to Ms. [redacted] today.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[redacted] forgot to incluide all of the other emails I have of me asking her questions. They have done nothing but run me all over and not helped me one bit except tell me that I have to call this and that and when I get mad then they tell me they can do it? Which [redacted] told me that on Dec. 14th. So why did it take me freaking out for them to get in gear? Sounds like a lazy law firm to me, so NO them saying that they have been there to help me sine my accident is a lie. So NO this does not resolve me issue.
