I hired Arlene Bobb to help with planning/designing areas of my home needing remodeling, including making accommodations for my physical disability/handicap I gave her the budget I needed to stay withinShe did not provide the services I requested and did not stay in budget In fact, despite my very limited income (I was using my retirement savings) she pressed for jobs and projects I did not want and that would have thrown me well over budget I spent many thousands of dollars for services that were not rendered For example, I repeatedly requested design of a kitchen island to better accommodate my disability and she failed to provide a design (she did not in fact provide any actual design work at all (I had to have the actual design work done by a designer at *** ***)
Arlene also did not disclose the basis for her pricingAs a consumer, I was unaware that when she would purchase material, such as flooring, the price she gave was padded to included a profit for herTh
