I have tried to make contact with *** to talk to him about his concernsHe will not answer his phone for me...I am willing to see and hear his complaints and make sure he is 1000% satisfied with his roofing project...I left him or messages to call meI called his home up until 8:in the
evening on Monday June 20th, I sent my lead man Lee over to see what his concerns were on Friday June 17ht when I realized he had a concern...I was at a roofing convention in Las Vegaslee let him know I would meet with him on Monday Again he wouldn't take my calls or return my messages I left him... # Best All Around Roofing has received no money for this project I would like to be payed.# When I heard that they had a leak, I sent a drywall repairman out and repaired the damage inside the house.# I went out and repaired the patio roof.# They said the patio
roof was still leaking, I'm insisting on a water test to see where its still leaking THEY WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO WATER TEST IT.#5. I ATTACHED PICTURES OF THE SHINGLE ROOF ABOVE THE LEAKING AREA FOR PROOF OF THE CONDITION OF THERE SHINGLE ROOF. Conclusion: I would like to be payed I would like to watertest the patio roof to see if it is leaking If it is still leaking I would like to replace it Ron S*Best All Around Roofing
