Review: I ordered 5 cords of wood, at the price of including delivery fee 750$. The truck that arrived on 09/01/15 was supposed to have five cords. After being stacked and well stowed into 128 cubic ft. (Took approximatly 12 hrs. to do) there was three cords. With a tiny bit, maybe an 8th of a cord left over in small scraps. I called Arlen in the evening of the 9/02/15 in a timely manner to let him know I received three cords. I was told that according to the truck size I had five cords of wood, and that you can stack the wood a hundred different ways and get a different size. He also said that there was no way he was going to deliver the extra 2 cords of wood. I asked what the truck bed size was in either cubic feet (5 cords equals 640 cf) or in cubic yards (5 cords = 23.7cy) he refused to answer. I put a stop check on the amount of 750$ and told him I would be happy to pay 450$ for the delivered wood of 3 cords. He refused and let me know at 6:45 am on 9/03/15 that he wanted the wood back and then claimed that I had ordered a truck load and not five cords. He failed to provide a receipt for the transaction at the time of delivery which was approximatly 2 hours late.Desired Settlement: I want to pay for the 3 cords delivered. I want a receipt for the transaction and I want to know what the truck bed size was so I can know if it actually possed the carrying capacity of 5 cords.
