I have provided documentation that shows there is no balance owed to the client, in fact, there is a balance owed by the client, which I offered to zero out for them I have already waived the remaining $in design fees for the inconvenience of product that was received late
Unfortunately, sometimes product is delayed, many times this is out of my control All product has either now been delivered or cancelled at the clients request The client is unhappy with freight & delivery costs, however, the costs are inline with industry standard, and I waived any expedited shipping costs, and covered the delivery to the site out of my pocket to try and mitigate any inconvenience
I feel I have done everything in my power to appease this client, but I have already waived any remaining fees, many shipping and delivery costs, and do not feel I can afford to do any more than that They have all product paid for, and have for some time now there were items that were exceptionally late, but the bulk of product was at the site when requested
