Review: I brought my car in for new tires. When the car came out it wouldn't start. They tried to sell me something I didn't need. They sabotaged my car, I had it taken to another mechanic who said it had been messed with and I didn't need an alternator. They wont let me speak to an owner of the company.Desired Settlement: I want this investigated because I know they tried to rip me off.

I went to Arlington Auto on the recommendation of a friend. I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. Fast service and very professional and courteous staff. I will definitely return!

I took my vehicle in to have 5 tires balanced had a 12:00 appointment they did not pull my vehicle in till I complained at 1:30. A few days later I had pulled my rear tires off and noticed 2 wheel studs were stripped, I went back and was told that they did not do the damage. I asked the manager how that was possible when they were the last ones to touch it he said they never removed that wheel. He said his guy had trouble getting it off so he never balanced it but if that was the case he should've notified me and not charged me for balancing it. So either they damaged my vehicle or charged for work they did not do.
