I brought them a working [redacted] with broken glass and after they repaired the glass the screen didn't work at all.I brought them an [redacted] that needed the glass replaced. When they removed the glass they said the LCD screen was broken as well and needed to be replaced. We gave permission for them to fix that also. When they put it all back together the screen no longer worked at all and they told me there must be a short that's keeping the touch screen from working. The screen worked perfectly fine when I dropped it off. They broke something while attempting to repair it. I would've been better off not getting it fixed. Desired SettlementI would like acknowledgement that this is their fault and I would like an equivalent[redacted] mini.
