See section 2 of the attached Pest Addendum. This is a violation of a clause in the rental agreement. Amie has been notified of pest problem previously, and we provided a picture of insects that are infesting the home. Landlord is required to keep our home in a habitable condition, meaning if condensation is leaking from a source, such as HVAC, there is an increased risk of mold. Water has already been dripping in insulation behind tarp in basement.We have NEVER been given 24 hour notice regarding repairs.
