Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to mePlease mail the final settlement amount to us within the next days Regards, [redacted]

We would like to know why the customer has not responded to our statement of us telling them multiple times that we would install the transitions they want in their floorThey kept changing their mind. Also *** did not include the texts that her husband was sending ***. *** ignores the fact that the emails show us being more then willing to fix the floorThese customers are just wanting to replace a floor that could possibly be tainted with fomaldehyde*** *** was giving away testers so you could test your floorsWe suggest that they do that, maybe then they would be more reasonableWe are not to blame for you not liking your floor We have tried from the very beginning to help these peopleI am in SHOCK that *** is going to such extremesI am kind of worried about the things that *** is saying, claiming; that my husband *** *** aka Principal has a arrest record? How on earth would she know something about that without running a background check with a SSS# and a middle name and all sorts of other information. *** can pass any background check, he is qualified for working in *** ***, ***, *** *** along with being able to volunteer at our children's schoolThese places do not take background checks lightly because you are in customers homes and working with children, so for *** to act like *** is some threat to her is RIDICULOUSI can't believe she is going around saying things about *** and our company going to the police? We haven't even talk to them in a month why would she do that? In the years that we have been doing this we have never experienced this kind of treatmentIt seems like *** is trying to ruin our company and our nameWe have kids and people that rely on our company to provide for their familiesWe are not a Big Box store like *** *** who can just blow you off and not care what you think or about the slander you write, we are a small business trying to make itThat is why WE AGREED WITH NO PROBLEM ON DAY TO INSTALL THE TRANSITIONS that you wanted installed per your inspector that you claim you hired*** didn't even fight you on the inspector reportHe just said ok well I told you *** *** would claim its our fault, but I will do it This is the agreement that I am making, *** *** said they would give you a $credit for the transitions that you are wanting installedGet your lawyer to call them again see if they will agree to give it to youI will be willing to give you a check for the amount that it would have cost us to have one of our crews install the transitionsThat would be a $check to you then we are doneYou do not harass us anymore you don't write nasty reviews about us anymore, you don't contact the police and act like we are scaring you, no emails, no texts no phone callsAccording to you the inspection report that you have (that we have not seen) says we need transitions installed so if you don't want us to install them after we offered multiple times we will give you the cash to get another installer to do so What I am offering is more than fair, especially after everything you have put us throughYou think you are the one who has been wronged when that is not the case at allWe installed what was provided per our contract and we are being treated horribly for itIf you would have done your homework before your purchased your product you would have seen the hundreds if not thousands of reviews for the bad products *** *** installs

I have attached documents that will help settling this issue with the [redacted]. We have been more than willing to work with the [redacted] and take care of any issues with their flooring. You can see from the multiple emails that we have ALWAYS stated that we will fix the floor, we will send...

someone out to fix the floor, we are willing to fix the floor. The [redacted] for whatever reason would ask us to fix it and when we agreed to they would not set up a time with us, instead they came at us with threats of ruining our companies reputation and taking us to court. I don't understand why they would treat us this way when all along we agreed to fix the flooring. Even after they hired a inspector and didn't give us a copy of they report, we went on their word and were willing to fix the floor.  Even their lawyer asked us if we were willing to fix the floor, we agreed and [redacted] was willing to give them a $500.00 credit to purchase the moldings that they are requesting us put in. That would have worked for all parties however that was not good enough for the [redacted]. They couldn't make their mind if they wanted that and ultimately ended up losing the $500.00 from [redacted]. They then wanted us (Mullikin Floors & More) to purchase the moldings. This seemed pretty unreasonable to us, they had the credit and threw it away then asked us to pay for it. From there we agreed to fix the flooring if they provided the moldings. Mr. [redacted] then started texting that he was coming to our shop to collect the $2200 from us. If we didn't pay he would get on Revdex.com, NWFA and contact the Attorney General. We can provide the texts between [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] if needed, however I thought the emails showed enough.      It seems to me per emails that Mr. [redacted] sent [redacted] and a Facebook post he made that he is not wanting the [redacted] product in his home. That is not our problem we did not sell them the flooring. Our contract stated that we were to install the products that the [redacted] supplied. If they no longer want that flooring because of the Formaldehyde scare with [redacted] products that is not our problem they have to take that up with [redacted]. Our contract simply states install products provided by customer another reason why they should provide the moldings.      As far as the threats that Mrs. [redacted] spoke of in her complaint,  if you read her emails to us you will see her nor her husband were scared or felt threatened. [redacted] did tell them not to slander our company or he would take him to court. There was profanity used on texts between the two men but that was when [redacted] was frustrated with Mr. [redacted] and these back and forth games he has been playing for over 2 months. First it was fix the floor, then I don't want the floor, then fix the floor, then I don't want to fix the floor I want $2200.00. This would drive any normal person crazy. [redacted] never threatened bodily harm never threatened  to do anything to their house or anything like that. Mrs. [redacted] did send us an email saying pay us the $2200.00 or we are going to go to Revdex.com notify NWFA where he is a Certified Inspector and the Attorney General. To me that is a big threat/blackmail. We are a small business trying to survive against the "Big Box" stores its just not right what they are doing to our company our installers and our families. Slandering a small company could ruin it, and I don't know how they could feel good doing that to us when we have agreed to fix the floor like they asked.     We stand behind our work we will put the transitions in no problem, I don't know why they have to keep doing this back and forth stuff. We would like to put us behind us. We have had to deal with this to long. We dealt with their lawyer whom they are no longer retaining, we dealt with our insurance company whom they contact and was denied a claim, and now we have to deal with the Revdex.com. We would just like to put in the transitions and be done with this. Thank you
