Review: I contracted this company to do a video of my mother's funeral at Arlington National Cemetary on October 9, 2013- [redacted].I paid the full amount of $320.25 on October 25,2013 and I have not received the video.I have made numerous attempts to call and leave messages for the company and no one has returned my phone calls or answered my email as to when I can expect delivery. I feel that I have been scammed by this company.Desired Settlement: I would like receipt of my video or a refund.

Review: My father (US Marine Corp) passed away in May 2013 and in the same month we received a post card from Arlington Media offering services to take pictures or video of the cerermony at Arlington National Cemetery. In late October early November, my family contacted the company and retained their services for pictures. We called the company and finally received the websit access to view the pictures. The website would not allow my family to play an order, I was able communicate with the company and they immediately took and processed payment, over $800. The pictures were to be released and my family should have been able to process the order. The website is not allowing my family to select pictures. We have contacted this company every day starting on November 29 through December 6th. This company will not respond to emails nor phone calls. Their voice mail system has not excepted any new voice messages. NO communication from the company. It's very dispointing that a company is taken advantage of families who members served in the armed forces...Desired Settlement: We want the services we contracted for, the package ordered for my mother. one photo disc, four books and 24 signal pictures.
