To Whom It May Concern with the Revdex.com: This letter is in vvritten in response to claim ID [redacted] On behalf of Arlington Motor Inn, we appreciate your time and assistance in sorting this matter outWe would like to infonn you that we work hard at Arlington Motor Inn to provide great customer satisfaction and meet the needs of all our customers Customer [redacted] is well known to our service for quite some time nowWe have had the pleasure of providing this customer accommodation various timesWe have worked hard with the customer to provide great customer service but if the customer themselves is not cooperating, then it becomes difficult Pertaining to the complaint lodged by this customer, she had an incident where she threw something down the toilet and had clogged it outWe did end up calling the repair services and getting the plumbing situated, but at the time of the event we asked Miss [redacted] to move into another roomShe simply stated that she did not want to and declined the request This customer in particular has always been a handful for usShe was always late to pay her rent, whether she was staying for a week or for months at a timeWe would provide leniency with her excuses, due to the fact that she is a long-term customerArlington Motor Inn has the right to refuse service to this customer after we encountered a substance abuse problem with herWhen she recently came back to Arlington Motor Inn to request accommodation in June 2016, we declined the request and it seems as if this complaint was lodged after that incident On behalf of Arlington Motor Inn, I would like to mention that it seems a bit odd that this problem occurred on 01//but this customer talked to the company a year later on 01/01/and then the complaint was not submitted until 07/05/If the customer's concerns were very high-risk, why were these not mentioned or addressed at an earlier time? Customer [redacted] is well known to our service for quite some time now. We have had the pleasure of providing this customer accommodation various times. We have worked hard with the customer to provide great customer service but if the customer themselves is not cooperating, then it becomes difficult.
