I am rejecting this response because:
First of all the complaint was filed prior to coming to a resolution about the key and the manualAlex did agree to get me a manual and a key programmedI have yet to recieve the manual and want to get everything done at the same timeOnce he has the manual I will get the key madeThis company is being very dishonest and is not accepting responsibility for what the salesman told meMy father was present and witnessed it and I was on speaker phone with a friend who also witnessed what he told meHe told me he had a second key and told me he would give me a manualThis sales person did not follow the guidelines that the company states they follow in the response to this complaintOnce I sooke with Alex I was somewhat satisfied and emailed Revdex.com telling them what Alex told me if they follow through with the manual and key I can accept thatDishonesty is the most unproffesional and unattractive trait for anyone esp a businessI have since learned that the salesmen is no longer with the company

I am rejecting this response because:
How am I supposed to be covered under the warranty when I am under aware that the car's sunroof was not properly sealed?  The warranty is set up for failure. If the car doesn't have proper weather seals in place or if the floor is rusted out then the warranty was set up to be a failure from the beginning.
The sunroof glass was sagging and there was over 7 gallons of standing water in my car which caused mold to be in my car, how long was I ingesting that? And I did NOT purchase this car a year ago, it has been LESS(by at least 4 months) than a year and the repairs I have made are not typical maintenance repairs. The fact that I spent 2 DAYS trying to get someone to "help" me resolve the situation is completely unacceptable, not to mention the sales manager at this location didn't help me AT ALL because he was jet lagged from a recent vacation to [redacted].

We had made goodwill repairs to the vehicle in an attempt to address her concerns with the vehicle while providing her with a rental car at our expense. She was advised to drop the vehicle back off to our service department if all of her concerns were not addressed completely. She never dropped the vehicle off again. Attached is the paperwork.

When a customer purchases a vehicle from a car dealership, they are issued 30 day temporary tags. Within the 30 days, the dealership will do tag and title work at the Department of Motor Vehicles. When the license plates are ready at our dealership within 30 days from purchasing the vehicle, we will...

problems with his vehicle. We advised him to drop the vehicle off to our service department so that we can take a look at his vehicle in an effort of good faith. His vehicle is in our shop right now being worked on as a goodwill repair. He is paying dealer cost on parts needed for repairs, and we are not charging him for labor. -- Alex Y

Like we have stated previously, we will be happy to refer her to a reputable mechanic to diagnose the problems she is having if she has not had them repaired yet. Again, we are sorry to hear about the problems that she is having, but other than referring her to a good mechanic that we know, we are unable to assist her any further in this matter.

I am rejecting this response because: I was not immediately notified that the loan had been rescinded. It wasn't until I called in a week later that the salesman let me know that papers needed to be signed .  It also wasn't until extensive questioning that they were completely forthcoming with the changes to the loan terms. The loan terms changed by more than a year, 6 percent increase in interest, and the amount financed also was going to increase. The new loan terms were going to increase both cost and risk to myself. In addition, this response includes false information. To date I have yet to receive the return of funds paid to Arlington Motors by me, of any amount.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Arlington Motors has done absolutely nothing to rectify this situation. The business claimed that reason I waited for the vehicle was because the vehicle was being inspected; where is it possible to sell a vehicle that is not inspection-ready? It's lie after lie at Arlington Motors. This "dealership" indicated in previous rebuttals that the vehicle was a trade-in as an attempt to absolve itself of responsibility. EVERY VEHICLE ON THEIR LOT IS USED. The vehicle failed a Maryland Vehicle Inspection. Arlington Motors chose to ignore all forms of communication on my behalf. I've spent a lot of money in attempt to fix a vehicle with discrepancies that should've never been listed for re-sale. This vehicle is so bad that I suspect it may be a salvage vehicle that Arlington Motors sold as a trade-in. I stand pat in my resolve and fully expect and demand Arlington Motors  refund repair costs and the sale price of this vehicle.

I am rejecting this response because: They are lying! As you can see on the text that I sent you a copy of they said " reach out to them" I called and spoke with Alex the manager and he said "they are in willing to help me anymore and that if I didn't like it I could see them in court"! He also said "don't call them anymore and hung up on me."
