[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Arlington Motors has done absolutely nothing to rectify this situationThe business claimed that reason I waited for the vehicle was because the vehicle was being inspected; where is it possible to sell a vehicle that is not inspection-ready? It's lie after lie at Arlington MotorsThis "dealership" indicated in previous rebuttals that the vehicle was a traas an attempt to absolve itself of responsibilityEVERY VEHICLE ON THEIR LOT IS USEDThe vehicle failed a Maryland Vehicle InspectionArlington Motors chose to ignore all forms of communication on my behalfI've spent a lot of money in attempt to fix a vehicle with discrepancies that should've never been listed for re-saleThis vehicle is so bad that I suspect it may be a salvage vehicle that Arlington Motors sold as a trade-inI stand pat in my resolve and fully expect and demand Arlington Motors refund repair costs and the sale price of this vehicle Regards, [redacted]

The warranty is set up for failureIf the car doesn't have proper weather seals in place or if the floor is rusted out then the warranty was set up to be a failure from the beginning The sunroof glass was sagging and there was over gallons of standing water in my car which caused mold to be in my car, how long was I ingesting that? And I did NOT purchase this car a year ago, it has been LESS(by at least months) than a year and the repairs I have made are not typical maintenance repairs. The fact that I spent DAYS trying to get someone to "help" me resolve the situation is completely unacceptable, not to mention the sales manager at this location didn't help me AT ALL because he was jet lagged from a recent vacation to *** Regards, [redacted]

We are sorry to hear that *** [redacted] is having problems with the vehicle she purchased from Arlington Motors last yearWe cannot predict the future with any used vehicleHowever, we were able to include a third party extended service contract with the financing we secured for *** [redacted] It sounds like the service contract has helped her with repairs that came up with her vehicleIt is too early for us to be able to trade *** [redacted] out of her vehiclePossibly after to on-time payments, we might be able to trade *** [redacted] out of her current vehicle and find anotherAgain, we are sorry to hear about the problems she is having and we will be happy to refer her to a reputable mechanic to diagnose the problems she is having if she has not had them repaired yet

All customers who purchase vehicles at Arlington Motors are told at the time of sale that if we have a second key for the vehicle, it will be given to them with their hard plates when they are ready to be picked upWith used cars, some have two keys and some just oneWe have no way of knowing if the vehicle has an extra key at time of sale because the auction sends the spare key (if they have one) with the title for the vehicleWe provided Miss [redacted] with an extra key for a [redacted] and the phone number for a mobile locksmith who will program the key to her vehicle at no cost to herWe also informed Miss [redacted] when she picked up her license plates that we will look at the next auction we attend for a manual for her vehicleNot all vehicles we sell come with a manual, and that was not agreed upon at the time of saleWe replaced the battery for her vehicle at our Woodbridge location which is where our mechanic and service department is, at no cost to Miss [redacted] after she complained about her car not startingAs for a flat tire, we have no control over a nail or whatever road hazard caused a flat tire to the customer after she purchased a vehicle from our dealership, let alone weeks laterWe wish Miss [redacted] the best
