Arlington Pointe Apartments

I am replying to *** ***' complaint that was sent to you on 7/19/about her apartment at Arlington PointeThere was a miscommunication between Ms*** and myself about the maintenance problems that occurred in her apartment*** came into my office on Friday 7-10-at 5pm
to complain about her dishwasher and kitchen sink backing up, the outlet that was sparking and the bathtub needed snaked. She said she had sent many e-mails and online requests but I did not receive one of the themSo before I left for the day on 7-10-I went to her apartment with her to look at the issues and I sent maintenance in her apartment first thing Monday (7-13-15)The problems were all resolved except for the outlet because my maintenance man mistakenly looked at the wrong outletWe did go back in to fix the (correct) troubled outletAs for the air conditioning, on 6-13-*** put in a work order that the a/c was not working and a maintenance request was submittedThe maintenance man noted that the system was working but duct work is neededI assumed this was completeThe most recent a/c issue happened because someone hit a pole and it caused a power outage in the apartment building where Ms*** livesDue to the power outage it blew our compressor on the roof of the building (we are on a boiler system)I called Speer Mechanical right away when residents were telling me that the a/c didn't work in the entire buildingThis took a couple of days to fix because of the parts that needed orderedOn top of that it was the hottest weekend in JulyI am always willing to help my residents with maintenance issues, complaints, etcI hope that *** understands that I tried everything in my power to get the air conditioning back on for everyone in the building.Thank you,*** ***Property Manager
