I was charged $on March 29, because Arlington Radiology claimed I had no insurance So, I paid the full price and got my ultrasound completed When I got home, I called Carefirst and confirmed I had health insurance This was a covered charge I have been calling the office every month leaving a message for the billing department to call me I have never received a call back or my refund Please help refund my $
Review: I went to this facility for my X ray and Ultrasound per my Dr's recommendations. Than after a months latter I received a bill and I called my insurance and ask the clearefication about the bil. My Insurance agent told me that there was one items they should not charge to me. So I called to the Arlington Radiology and told what my insurance agent told me. Than the ladies([redacted]??) agree that she will send me a right bill. Than 02/28/2013 I called again about the bill that I had not received. She was so rude and telling me to come to their facility and pay. I asked her to email my correct bill on my email Id than I will pay. But refused to email the bill to me and asked the partial payment. But I told her that without the actual correct amount bill I am not able to pay bill. I called again after a months letter about sending me the right bill.But they never send me the correct bill or even email the bill either. So how can I pay that bill? I would like to pay my right bill what my insurance agent had told me to pay and whicn she ([redacted]??) initially agree to. But I want to see the correct bill. The Total Bill was $323.79 and there were $93.28 which they not suppose to charge per my insurance agent. So Total ($323.79 - $ 93.28)= $230.51 That I am willing to pay if I received the bill of that amount.Desired Settlement: The initial bill has to rebilled with correct amount with explation on the bill.

I am rejecting this response because: I never received another correct amount of bill . I asked to send correct bill on my email ID and they refused to email also. If I have not received a correct amount of bill how can I pay? I am willing to pay the Correct Amount of Bill once I received it without further delay. Thank you.
