Their response was dishonest liesThey offered me a year old traded in machine not a new oneI would have taken a new top of the line in a heartbeatI do not know how they could still have had a new pfaff in stock as they discontinued the dealership with pfaff about the time I purchased the machineI would take that deal if it is still availableIf not I would really like to see the sales transaction to whom it was sold toI do not feel that a new machine was in their possession at that timeIf they claim so, I would like proof of thatI distinctly recall her saying that she got that machine in as a trade inI also remember calling at least three times to discuss the machine and request the hours of sew time

Please give us the contact information of the dealer that has the partWe will see about making an arrangement with themPlease note that she has had the machine for three yearsWe gave her options and tried to work with her when the machine part was not available back in AprilWe addressed and
tried to work with her in her last complaint two months ago to the Revdex.com
This is our response from August 20, 2015:
Comment from the Business Three years ago on May 29,this customer purchased a machine that had been a floor model Pfaff It was Pfaff’s top-of-the-line model in and the suggested retail was $Over the next four days we sold her sewing feet at 20% off totaling $The customer reported having a problem with the machine and our repairmen were not able to replicate an issueOur repairmen run machines for many hours trying to detect reported issuesWe had no reason to recommend replacing a $+ labor partOur records indicate that on 2/8/this machine was brought to us for a Basic ServiceUpon chethe customer did not indicate an issue with the machine stopping and the servicemen did not experience any issue with the machine stoppingOn 4/4/the customer brought the machine in and the main board had gone outWe checked for part number and pricing of the boardWe were not told at that time that it was not availableWe agreed to split the cost of the board with the customer and cover the laborIt was only when we tried to order the part that we learned that it was a discontinued partWe checked with some other sewing machine stores to see if they might have this part and could not find oneThe customer was then called and told of the situationWe had a Pfaff Creative Sensation in stock that had never been opened until we opened it and set it out in our used machine sectionThere were no hours or stitches on the machineThis machine retailed for $9,which tells you that we had a lot of money invested in itWe offered to sell her this machine for the replacement price of the boardShe indicated the she would consider the offer and let us knowA few days later the customer called our repair department and asked for the part numberShe then came in and picked up her machineWe had assumed that she had found the board because we never heard back from herWe value our customers like part of our familyWe try to take good care of themUnfortunately there are times where there are circumstances that are out of our controlWe will honor the option of taking the $off of the retail price of a new top-of-the-line Babylock Destiny, Brother Dream Machine or Jamone within the next daysby on 8/28/

Their response was dishonest lies. They offered me a 4 year old traded in machine not a new one. I would have taken a new top of the line in a heartbeat. I do not know how they could still have had a new pfaff in stock as they discontinued the dealership with pfaff about the time I purchased the machine. I would take that deal if it is still available. If not I would really like to see the sales transaction to whom it was sold to. I do not feel that a new  machine was in their possession at that time. If they claim so, I would like proof of that. I distinctly recall her saying that she got that machine in as a trade in. I also remember calling at least three times to discuss the machine and request the hours of sew time.
