Arlington Theatre

Review: I want a copy of the SCAN report for an event that took place at this theater on November 9,2014 at 3pm PDT.Upon calling the theater, they said we would like to talk to whomever said the tickets didn't work (our customer). Since it is our customer, and I would like their identities to remain anonymous, all I am asking for is the scan report for 2 seats in ORCHESTRA LEFT, ROW AA seats 33&35 (seats are together).Our customer indicated that when they arrived to the theater, the bar-code scanner rejected the tickets for the reason that the tickets in ORCH LEFT row AA seats 33-35 were already scanned in, and that they would have to buy other tickets since these did not work.Desired Settlement: I am asking that the Arlington Theater provide a copy of the scan report to determine if our customers were turned away at the door rightfully, or if the tickets were never attempted to be scanned or something else. At this time, we do not know if the customer is telling us the truth or if they are telling us the tickets did not work when in fact they did, and are looking to get a credit for the tickets they used.
