To whom it may concern, Mr [redacted] bought his wheels and tires from Arlington TireKing brand New from the boxThe wheels wouldn’t have been mounted on the vehicle or wouldn’t have balanced correctly if they were defectiveIf the wheels were defective the tire techs would’ve noticed it and informed management about it so it can be returned and replacedIf the tire techs did miss this defect then the customer would’ve felt the defective wheel upon driving their vehicleThe defective wheel would’ve wobbled since it wouldn’t have balanced correctlyThe customer road on the wheels for months with no issue so that tells me that the wheels were fine and were mostly likely cracked from a pot hole, railroad tracks, curb checks or etc On another subject we do offer warranty on our tires only not the wheelsThe wheels are mode of hardened alloy and won’t crack unless they were impactedOn our tires, we do offer, patches, seals, plugs, and rotationNow since the customer bought the merchandise from us we can offer them a discount on repairing the wheel, and a discount on the tire if the broken wheel resulted on a riddtire or a bubbleThank You, ***
