Today I read Mr. [redacted]'s complaint for the first time. The Customer Relations Manager and our General Manager of Arlington Toyota are meeting to review the complaint and will respond promptly.

Customer Relations Manager spoke with salesperson that customer has been dealing with in regards to purchasing an [redacted] vehicle.  Unfortunately the delay has not been on our end but on [redacted]'s and our several attempts to submit what was needed to get the deal funded, was either returned as...

undeliverable or they required additional paperwork.  We have several calls and emails submitted to support over this issue.  Salesperson [redacted] spoke with customer several times today to keep him informed on what was going on. It is possible that with the holidays last week, that everything got delayed with [redacted] corporate.  We hope to have this resolved ASAP so that Mr. [redacted] can pick up his vehicle.  CRM will work closely with salesperson to make sure that the delivery of his vehicle is expedited.

The facility is beautiful and their employees are nice and have been trained on customer etiquette.

However, I would never take my car there again for service. Their service people are either dishonest or incompetent. In either case, they can't seem to perform a simple oil change or perform a warranty fix without finding $500-$1000 more work that needs to be done.

After getting a quote from Arlington Toyota to fix a noise we hear when driving they quoted us $1000 in repairs. We took the vehicle to a more reputable service shop who fixed it for $30. That was 3 years ago and we haven't had the problem since.

I don't trust them at all.

We contacted Ms. [redacted] and offered to her to return her vehicle which she did. The vehicle was returned with some visible damage on it that was not there prior. We did not pursue the damage with customer. Ms. [redacted] has received a full...
