When the incident occurred, we immediately notified a professional cleaning company who arrived promptly and completed the clean up. We also had our drywall subcontractor on site shortly after to complete the repair. Once the claim evolved into a much larger project, we turned the claim
over to our insurance company which is standard business practice. The insurance company works with the homeowner to resolve the claim. Any disputes with the claim are resolved between the homeowner and the insurance company
