AVOID THIS SHOP:
Wayne (manager of the mechanics) and Robert (store manager )were in a word unprofessional.

I took my dirt bike in for what I thought to be a top end rebuild. SMS Racing and Cycle Center of Denton, and both quoted significantly less that this rip off shop. One said $800 total (parts and labor) the other said $850. I told them they were price gouging and I will be taking my business else where. They proceeded to charge me $120 for the "diagnostic". I told them specifically what it would need before they touched it. They refused to let me take my bike without paying the fee. This place is a rip off. The mechanic had no idea what he was doing. The last time the store had worked on a top end was "two years ago on a yz 450". This was confirmed in their system.

After I took my bike to SMS Racing in denton, 100 out the door the bike was fixed. So the "diagnostic" that Arlington Motorsports was incorrect. This leads me to believe they didn't touch the bike, and/or didn't know what they were doing.

I confronted Robert the store manager about this and he lost his temper, and constantly interrupted me. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever been to.

Save your self the pain and money, and take it to a different shop. It's bad enough to get ripped off, but the incompetence of the mechanic (Wayne) could lead to deadly injury. The other two store listed above are much more knowledgeable, and have significantly better customer service.

I was shopping online for someplace to purchase a motorcycle .. I came across ARLINGTON MOTORSPORTS.. I called to inquire about a 2006 SUZUKI GSX1300R, I spoke with the manager *** .. We discussed details of the motorcycle I was seeking and I asked what was the procedure in purchasing the motorcycle. I was told to send a cashier's check. On 2-23-17, I bought a check for the amount of $7500.00 from MUNICIPAL CREDIT UNION & sent it PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS.. they received the check the following day and told me it would take several days for check to clear. Approximately a week later, *** called to say that my check was counterfeit. I assured him that was not possible, so I then called a representative from MUNICIPAL CREDIT UNION and asked to have a 3way call.. midway thru the call *** hung up, so the representative advised me to go to MCU asap and put a stop on the check. When I went into MCU the following morning, I was told by a representative that the check was cashed on 3-1-17 by SOUTHWEST BANK FORT WORTH TEXAS 76162-2020 .. when given this newly found info *** proceeded to blame the mishap on poor accounting records, I asked for my check back *** said he could not return it.. I decided to go to my local precinct and explain my situation and an officer asked if he could call and speak to ***, the officer suggested I wait a couple days to see if I heard back form ***, if not I was to return to precinct an d file an official complaint. So the following day I received a call from *** asking to make things right.. I agreed to allow them to correct the issue, the transaction went thru and I received the motorcycle from BRUNO 777, INC *** on 4-10-17. So my motorcycle arrived to me with NO TITLE. So which brings us to the reason for this complaint.. it has been 25 days and I have been in communication back and forth with *** because I have yet to receive the TITLE for my motorcycle as of 5-5-17.

In my personal attempts to retrieve the title, I have reached out to DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES in ARKANSAS because that is where the previous owner was from but they informed me that it was out of their hands because motorcycle was sold to ARLINGTON MOTOR SPORTS. In trying to get this issue resolved *** mentioned that the issue was no longer ARLINGTON'S problem and that my problem is with the postal service, because a they sent the title USPS PRIORITY MAIL on 4-17-17 and delivery date was to be 4-19-17.
