We dropped the car off at Nissan for them to return the car to Jeep along with the final payments on February **, and they did not return the car or make the payments until May of Jeep contacted me several times and told me they went there to pick up the Jeep from Nissan and the Nissan dealer told Jeep they could not locate the care so where was it? If all lease returns are kept in a secure lot it should have easily been found We have no idea what Nissan did with the car during that time and now I am getting charged over $for wear and tear which I should not be getting charged for because there were no issues when I handed in the car to NIssan Jeep also reported payments as being late on my credit report so this has also caused damage to my credit Unacceptable

It has been such a trying experience not only with this dealership but the Massapequa dealership as well in regards to the same practices with price and having to finance through the dealership that I looked into a totally different carI purchased my car yesterday from Jeep.

[redacted],  Again, I do apologize for our error and the ramification it has had on you. I have spoken with management and they have asked that you send us the $300. bill for the wear and tear and we will be happy to pay that for you. I assure you again that the Jeep was not driven but as we did have a clerical error that resulted in the delay of payment to Jeep we will do this in good faith. Please send the bill to [redacted]
