I had gutters installed in January, I was not satisfied with the installation and have been in contact with Mr*** about itI have called three times and was told by him he would come by and look at my complaints and resolve them
He nor any other personnel have been back in contact with me nor has come by to fix the problems
My neighbor also has problems that another company has pointed out, and also to not avail nobody from your company Mr*** has contacted her either
If I knew you were not going to stand by your work I would not have given you the job, also I would not have paid you in full

2 years ago I had a concrete slab poured and a 30x30 screened enclosure done. Every aspect of tbe job was horrible. From sprinkler heads not capped, wrong side of sprinkler line capped, a/c line buried literally 2 inches below grade no exposed. The main issue is 2 days after concrete was poured I had SEVERE CRACKING im a structures inspector for the FDOT and am very experienced in concrete cracking and how to categorize them. I was told that there was a long delay in pouring the slab and that was the cause of the cold joint. After tirelessly trying to contact riley to come and fix it he finally PATCHED it, which I told him would not solve the issue. Sure enough it came back with avengence. I now have the grand canyon running through my slab and RILEY claims he will be back to fix my HAIRLINE cracks. Needless to say im still waiting on him to even call or email me back. Very unprofessional and I recommend not using. Especially riley.
