I contacted this company to get a quote to replace my back porch with an enclosed screen porch. Riley called and informed me that he wouldn't be in my area until Wednesday or Thursday and he would give me a call to come by. Well here it is Thursday and no contact from Riley. I called him and he then wanted to push it back another week before he would come out. He wouldn't set an appointment and just didn't seem interested in taking on a job. No follow through from this company and just seemed uninterested when so many are in need of work. Couldn't be bothered and threatened lawsuit if I place a review. Very unprofessional.
years ago I had a concrete slab poured and a 30xscreened enclosure doneEvery aspect of tbe job was horribleFrom sprinkler heads not capped, wrong side of sprinkler line capped, a/c line buried literally inches below grade no exposedThe main issue is days after concrete was poured I had SEVERE CRACKING im a structures inspector for the FDOT and am very experienced in concrete cracking and how to categorize themI was told that there was a long delay in pouring the slab and that was the cause of the cold jointAfter tirelessly trying to contact riley to come and fix it he finally PATCHED it, which I told him would not solve the issueSure enough it came back with avengenceI now have the grand canyon running through my slab and RILEY claims he will be back to fix my HAIRLINE cracksNeedless to say im still waiting on him to even call or email me backVery unprofessional and I recommend not usingEspecially riley
