In 2011, I contacted ARM roofing because I had a leak in my house. Water was dripping into the kitchen when we had a major snow storm. ARM told me I needed new roof valleys put in place to fix the leak and that it would cost a few thousand dollars. I went ahead and authorized that work. Note that leaks are not something that can easily be replicated - one has to wait until the next snow storm to see if it was fixed. Anyway, in January 2013, I had the leak again - in the same place. Water was leaking down into the kitchen. I called ARM roofing and explained that the problem was urgent. It took them more than a week to come back to fix the problem. They stated that the problem was a poorly installed dam which was originally installed. Anyway, it is now February 2013 (just after the big snow storm) and I have the leak again. The kitchen is dripping constantly.
