I bought a rug ft by ft from iCustomRug on 10/13/and it was delivered on 10/24/and I paid dollars for itAfter months of very minimal use in my house placed on hardwood floor the rug had several wrinkles in several areas and it was broken in other areasIt does NOT lay flat on the floor and looks very very cheap qualityI complained to the company by email and they asked me for pictures, so I sent them several picturesThey said that the warranty dept will contact me back after they look at the pictures but nobody has ever called me back or tried to attempt to resolve the issue or send me a replacement since this rug is under a one year warrantyThis is a very poor quality rug and has defects in it that showed only after months of very minimal use at my residenceiCustomRug have the worst customer service and they refuse to honor their warranty or stand behind their productThey just want to take my moneyI will enclose pictures of the rug with the wrinkle
