Review: I entered into a contract with Tyrone S[redacted], a licensed plumber and owner of Armada. The contract states he will install a new basement heater, central air unit, wiring, thermostat, repairing the outside drain pipe, price $2118.39. He stated the money had to paid up front for parts/supplies/AC labor. The contract is dated 6/2/2014 and he stated the time frame would be 2-3 days tops. It is the middle of September and the work is incomplete. The AC unit could not be utilized during the summer due to his non commitment of service. I have consistently contacted him by text and VM messages. He gives me a date and time and never calls or texts me that he would not be coming. He contacted me Friday September 12th stating he would arrive between 7:30-8 am today, Monday September 15th. He did not call or text me regarding his no-show today. This has been going on too long and I feel taken advantage of. He offered me a refund because he has not committed to his obligation of completing my project. The weather will be cold soon and my heater is not installed. I realize he is a plumbing contractor and jobs that pay more are probably more to his liking however, he should have never taken my project on if he was not going to complete what he started. Please note, I am a 67 year old senior citizen living on a fixed income if that matters.Thank you.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like Tyrone S[redacted], Armada, to complete all of the work he agreed to. Also to complete the work within no more than 1 or 2 days and refund $1650 of what I paid him for the inconvenience he has caused me since June 2014.Thank you.[redacted]
