Armadillo Air has made contact with the home owner.  We sent a technician to the home to make sure the system was installed properly.  The system is in good working order.  At the time the technician was there we had a sheet rock / painter meet him there to give an estimate.  The repairs to the ceiling and wall started today.  Thank you[redacted]Armadillo Air

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  Someone was getting in touch with me, which did not happen,  I had that same  promise several times after the employee was gone that is now been blamed. I talked to the office help and was promised " the manager " would call me back as soon she comes in. That never happened. So no I am not satisfied . I paid these people $ 1800.00 for the job that was NOT done correctly. I noticed they had several complains on all different sites on the internet. Kindly advice.
